Our platform provides insurance advisors with software tools to:
- Generate health insurance proposals quickly and accurately
- Calculate premiums automatically based on age, sum insured, and zone
- Manage client information and policy details
- Receive renewal reminders and notifications
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must be a licensed insurance advisor or agent to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Usage
- Your account is non-transferable and for your exclusive use
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Your Responsibilities
- You must have proper consent from clients before entering their information
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system
- You must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws
- You must not share client data with unauthorized parties
Our Commitments
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- We do not access or use your client data for any purpose other than providing our services
- We provide data export options for your records
- We comply with applicable privacy regulations
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate proposals for fraudulent or misleading purposes
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software
- Use the service to compete with us or create similar software
Service Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in our calculations and information, insurance regulations and premium rates may change. You are responsible for verifying all information before presenting proposals to clients.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Professional Responsibility
Our software is a tool to assist with proposal generation. You remain professionally responsible for all advice, recommendations, and insurance transactions with your clients.
Important Data Backup Notice
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your client data and proposals.
Data Loss Disclaimer
- We implement reasonable backup procedures but cannot guarantee complete data protection
- Data loss may occur due to technical failures, server issues, or unforeseen circumstances
- We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to retrieve your information
- You should regularly export and backup your client data and proposals
Your Backup Responsibilities
- Regularly download and save copies of important client data
- Export proposals and maintain offline copies
- Do not rely solely on our platform for data storage
- Verify data integrity after any system updates or migrations
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or inability to access your information
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Client relationship damage due to system unavailability
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Any damages exceeding the fees paid for our service
AS-IS Service: Our service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or other unforeseeable events that prevent us from providing our service.
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
